Before transferring a medical license in between, the Emirates in the United Arab Emirates, one should know and follow the correct requirements and procedure.
Requirements
- A letter should be submitted, to request the transfer medical license in between the Emirates in UAE.
- Original employment contract
- One copy of previous medical license
- No-Objection certificate
- Plan of Establishment
Procedure
- Healthcare professionals who are wishing to transfer medical license should log in to the website, in order to license the healthcare professionals through the account of a licensed establishment.
- The healthcare professionals should add all the necessary documents with regard to the types of licenses if it is DHA, MOH, DHCC, HAAD.
- After adding all the required documents, certificates and information, then healthcare professional should transfer the transaction to the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
- Candidate certificate and document verification will be done and checked by a competent employee in the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
- After meeting and satisfying all the requirements for the transfer medical license, then the application of medical license will be approved
- Then the transaction will also be transferred to the establishment, in order to complete the electronic payment process.
- The healthcare professional needs to complete the payment process through the website, then the transaction will be directly transferred after completion of the payment process which is done to the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
- In the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the competent employee will do the process of final checking of both the transaction as well as the paid amount.
- After final checking, medical license transferring application will be accepted if it is approved.
- After approval of the application for transfer, initial license will be issued, renewed, the job title will also be changed, transfer medical license will be done.
- If a candidate wishes for new license or re-license, then the procedure will be slightly varying, a competent employee in Ministry of Health and Prevention will accept the application which is entitled as a new license or re-license if the conditions are fulfilled.
